AudioShake launches lyric transcription and time-stamping tool for distributors and labels

The service, which is now available on the company’s AudioShake Live platform and via API, is already being used by companies like Disney Music Group, Downtown Artist & Label Services, and Spirit Music Group to create accurate, timed-stamped lyrics and to build digital campaigns for global audiences for emerging artists.
Lyric deliveries to labels and other rights owners are not always accurate or reliable. But lyrics play an important role in the music industry–from providing important metadata for sync briefs and DSP recommendations to driving fan engagement in new formats like Apple Sing and lyric videos.
